altHR looks into operational HR matters while OZ takes care of strategic talent matters, which proves to be a wholesome combination that provides convenience to organisations, no matter how big or small they are. Under this collaboration, altHR admin users will be able to access OZ’s talent acquisition features with integrated psychometric assessments, that comes with a robust scoring mechanism to provide valuable insights on the competency and psychological variables of incoming talents. In turn, OZ users can also leverage altHR’s powerful modules that include Core HR, Employee Engagement, Digital Workspace, and Perks & Benefits via the altHR super app.
Talks started back in September 2021, to explore the possibility of collaboration and partnership with the aim to conjure the best of these two powerful platforms. The agreement, signed in April 2022, marks a significant milestone for the HR industry, in and outside of Malaysia.
Aiming to break into the global scene, OZ is People Psyence’s latest inspiration to create an empowered future where the entire Hire-to-Retire process, from Talent Acquisition, Management, Development, Succession Planning up to Exit, are managed in one platform.
As how Evelyn Chue, Managing Director of People Psyence® puts it, “We are totally excited about the tie-up of OZ with altHR, which signals the start of an OZ-some collaboration between People Psyence®️ and Digi. We hope that this remarkable joint effort to combine Digi’s breadth of reach with People Psyence®️’s depth of experience in the HR space will help enhance the user experience for potential employees and ease the pains of organisations in their quest for new talents.
