Saville Consulting International Wave® & Aptitude Accreditation Course

This accreditation course is designed to introduce the Saville Consulting Wave® model and personality questionnaires, as well as the Saville Consulting Aptitude Test portfolio. The course aims to equip participants with skills to use and apply the instruments effectively in recruitment, staff motivation, re-deployment, job realignment, training needs analysis, team management, job migration and performance interview. After completing the course, participants will be able to maximise the application of the suite of Saville Consulting assessments in their organisation.

Gamification Workshop

Traditional games can engage people’s attention for hours, motivating repeated behaviours and forming habits. Gamification aims to harness that ability, with the help of tools and mechanics used in games, to engage people in serious tasks through leveraging on the understanding of human motivation to design engaging and fun experiences; hence achieving the business objective. This workshop will focus on the application of gamification in reshaping employee experience with a behavioral change to motivate participation, engagement, loyalty and productivity in the workplace.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this programme, participants should be able to apply gamification that taps into human motivation in the workplace and create their own gamification demo project using the Gametize platform.

Design Thinking Programme

Design thinking is a human-centred approach to designing solutions. It is an iterative process that focuses on understanding users through empathy and prototyping. By understanding users’ needs, designers can gain insights into the desirability and synthesise this with business requirements and technological feasibility to deliver meaningful solutions for users and stakeholders. This is an experiential learning programme that adopts a hands-on approach. Throughout the programme, participants will work in a small team to apply the design thinking process in solving a design challenge relevant to the organisation.

Test User: Occupational Ability and Personality Training

This course confers eligibility for British Psychological Society (BPS) certification and qualifies practitioners to use aptitude tests and personality questionnaires. We provide full psychometric training on how to administer, interpret and give feedback on the ability tests and personality questionnaires. This enables practitioners to use these tools professionally within the workplace.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of this programme, participants will be certified practitioners who are able to administer, interpret and give feedback on ability tests and personality questionnaires professionally in the workplace.

Competency-Based Interviewing Skills Training

This course equips you with the right skills to conduct a systematic and effective interview session, with each question targeting a specific skill or competency of your candidate.
